Very disappointing customer service and extremely frustrating to deal with. If this is how the site is run, it reflects badly on the business. Poor communication and no accountability.

The vets and staff are always kind and genuinely caring, which makes a big difference when you’re worried about your pet. You can tell they take their time and want the best for the animals. The only downside, in my experience, is the reception side. The service there can be quite slow at times, which can be very frustrating, especially when the clinic is busy. I’ve also found it a bit inconvenient that they don’t offer delivery for regular flea and worm treatments, as I know other branches do, so you have to leave a voicemail everytime you need a top up and collect it once it’s ready. The Pets at Home store itself is also well kept and organised. When you’re able to find a member of staff, they are helpful and happy to assist with any questions.
